Dear friends, we have some important news for you. We are closing the Karatza 39 apartments for renovation from 01.11.2024 for 9 months.
The renovation will cover all aspects of the building, new soundproofing and waterproofing, lighting, restoration of 100 year old windows and doors, electrical and plumbing. All fittings will be replaced with first-class luxury options. A smart home system will be implemented, including voice control of lighting and dimmable light. All apartments will be equipped with a modern air conditioning system from a premium supplier, and the apartments on the 6th floor will be glazed and an observation deck with gorgeous views of Zea Marina will be added.
Completion of the work is scheduled for September 2025. We will keep you updated.
